BazarBook
Small shops still track sales and credit in paper khatas.
A great many Indian shops still run on a paper khata — a handwritten ledger of what was sold and who still owes for it. It works right up until the book is lost, the handwriting is ambiguous, or the owner opens a second branch and has two books that disagree.
BazarBook is a multi-tenant point-of-sale and digital ledger (khata) built for Indian small businesses. It handles inventory, GST invoices, customer credit, multi-branch organisations, and Razorpay billing — replacing the paper khatas many shops still use to track sales and credit.
BazarBook is multi-tenant, so each business gets isolated data and can run several branches under one organisation. Inventory and point-of-sale share one source of truth, GST-compliant invoices come straight out of the sale, and customer credit is tracked per person instead of per page. React front end, Node back end, deployed on AWS, with Razorpay handling subscription billing.
